I'm a trained psychotherapist and executive coach working with clients online worldwide.
I spent more than a decade in corporate work before training as a psychotherapist. Today I work one-to-one, in English and Hindi, across time zones.
I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques — CBT, DBT, SFBT, and REBT — along with a holistic approach tailored to each client's emotional and psychological needs.
Good therapy isn't about being fixed. It's about being understood, and then choosing what comes next.

Before you book
Both. I'm a trained psychotherapist and a certified executive coach. Therapy looks at patterns, feelings, and what's underneath. Coaching is more focused on goals, decisions, and what's next. Both have their place. After your intake, we'll figure out together which one fits where you are right now, and you can switch paths as you go.
Most people feel a shift in 3 to 5 sessions. Things tend to settle in over 8 to 12. Some stay longer. Others wrap up sooner. I'll be honest with you about where you are.
Most people aren't, until they are. The form is free and there's no obligation. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you.
